Function: CreateScrollView()

function CreateScrollView(parent, options?): ScrollViewHandles;

Builds a ready-to-use scroll view under parent: a masked viewport that clips a content child you fill with items, wired to a ScrollViewComponent. Returns handles for further tweaking.

const sv = CreateScrollView(panel, { width: 600, height: 800, vertical: true, horizontal: false, layout: LayoutType.Vertical, resizeMode: LayoutResizeMode.Container }); sv.content is where you CreateEntity your rows/cells.

The content is sized to the viewport width so Grid / centred layouts have room to wrap; its height is owned by the layout (resizeMode Container) or by you.
